IVE is conducting a consultation about carers issues, and would like to get the views from as many carers as possible. We want to hear from anyone who thinks they are a carer. If you are not a carer, but you know someone who is, please let them know about this consultation. We are doing this research on behalf of Nottingham City Council, and all the information provided will go towards improvement of carer services.

There are 3 ways you can get involved:

1) To help us with the consultation about caring, IVE has developed an online questionnaire for carers to fill in. We encourage as many carers as possbible to fill in the questionniare. You can access the questionnaire at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/NottmCarers

2) You can also download the questionnaire by clicking on this link and print it out so that you can complete it in your own time. Please return to us at the address at the bottom of the questionnaire, or give us a call and we will post you a stamp addessed envelope for you to use.

3) Finally, if you prefer, you can call us on 07999 532 535 or 0115 859 9511 and we will post you a copy of the questionnaire, along with a stamped addressed
envelope.

Please could you ensure that all questionnaires, whether filled in online or on the paper copy is returned to us by the end of 15 June 2012.
